Thanks Everyone Site is as up to date as i can make it without the scoresheet from the 730 games. Who ever has it please email me asap so i can finish the update. Thanks and have a great week everyone Whoever has the stats from the late game please let me know or email mail so i can finish the week one update. Thanks as it is looking for next season we have 4 full teams. Some guys have moved around and the league looks to be very competitive. The teams are as follows: High Styck Hockey Blackleafsabrehawks Starleafs Marmots Week 1 will have the HSH vs the Marmots @600pm and then the Starleafs VS BLSH @730pm The season will be 9 weeks long with the same 3 game format per matchup. The cost will be $30 per player. IT MUST BE PAID BY WEEK 2 in order to continue to play. I will be keeping track of the Rosters and who Paid What a fun night we all had at the skills comp and pick up allstar game. There were 4 events held and the winners had some great competition. Nathan Krauss took the fastest player at 11.1 seconds, just barely edging out Aaron Biermann who had a 11.2 second time. Nathan also won the accuracy Competition as well. In the fastest wrist shot Ben Rosado hit 62mph while brother Dave Di Martino topped him at 66mph. The big story of the skills Competition would have to be in the fastest slapshot category. Dave Di Martino, who going into the day was tied for the fastest slapshop on league record @86mph. On this night he would break that tie by drilling an 89MPH slapshot to regain his crown in that event. The allstar game itself was a blast. It was great getting to play with some other guys and just enjoying hockey. For those of you who couldnt make it... maybe next season you can come out and enjoy a fun night open to everyone. Details on next season coming soon This sunday we are having an all star game and skills comp for all the players in the League and any new players coming in next season. Please post here if you will be able to make it or not. The skills will include fastest shot, accuracy, fastest player, stick handling and 2 goalie events. Each player will have one shot in each event that they want to participate in. the all-star game itself will follow. This is a great way to end our season and enjoy as few weeks off afterwards. Hope to see everyone there. In what was an amazing 3 games, the Highlighters have won their first ISHL cup spoiling HSH's chance to repeat as champs. After holding the highest scoring team in the regular season to 1 goal in game one, HSH dominated game 2. Game 3 however was all the Highlighters. On a side note Chase has joined a small group of players to win an ISHL cup with more then one team. Congrats to everyone on the Highlighters and a special thanks to Aaron for showing up to play today...lol. I look forward to see everyone next season. |
